Intention

Intention

Setting intentions is the practice of coming up with goals or aspirations for yourself. It helps you to focus on what is important to you and to take actions toward achieving your objectives. Intention setting has been shown to increase motivation and self-efficacy.

Kudos

Kudos

Kudos is the practice of recognizing and celebrating the positive qualities of others. It involves identifying positive traits in others and acknowledging them. Kudos has been shown to increase positive emotions, improve relationships, and reduce stress.
