HappyTabs presents you with a daily set of prompts, one for each of the five card suits: Mindfulness, Affirmation, Gratitude, Intention, and Kudos. Playing HappyTabs, you will reflect on each prompt and write or dictate your response. The game will save your responses and provide you with a history of your progress over time, which you can see in your Tabulary™. The game will also award you with badges upon the completion of certain streaks or milestones based on continued playing, designed to motivate players to pursue long-term benefits from playing the game and practicing the MAGIK Method®. The name of the 'MAGIK Method' itself is derived from the first letter of each suit: 'M A G I K'.

The MAGIK Method® has been shown to improve mental and general wellbeing by promoting mindfulness, self-reflection, and positive thinking. By practicing the prompts daily, you may experience reduced stress, increased happiness, and improved overall wellbeing.

HappyTabs is free to download and free to use forever. You always get 1 tab per day at no cost. After your initial trial period, a subscription unlocks all 5 daily tabs — one for each MAGIK suit — so you can get the full benefit of the method.

The prompts are not currently customizable, but we are always looking for ways to improve the app and we welcome your feedback.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time by following the instructions on the Apple and Google app stores, or on the website if you originally signed up here.
